Warranty Information & Claim Procedure
This page is a general explanation of how warranty responsibility is identified. It is not a standalone written product or workmanship warranty.
Effective and last updated July 25, 2026
1. This page is not a written warranty
Website statements about durability, quality, service, product performance, or warranty are general information. They do not create, enlarge, modify, or transfer a warranty. A warranty exists only when issued in a written document by the manufacturer, supplier, fabricator, installer, or other legal entity that expressly assumes warranty responsibility.
2. Written project documents control
The applicable proposal, signed agreement, approved submittal, product schedule, manufacturer warranty, operating-company warranty, and accepted change orders determine coverage, duration, start date, claimant eligibility, exclusions, notice deadlines, inspection rights, remedies, transferability, and limitations.
If a website summary conflicts with an applicable written warranty or signed agreement, the written project documents control.
3. Responsible entity
Warranty responsibility belongs to the legal entity identified in the warranty and project documents. Denlyx does not guarantee or assume the obligations of an affiliated company, strategic partner, manufacturer, supplier, fabricator, installer, carrier, or subcontractor merely by listing that organization or routing a request.
4. Manufacturer and component warranties
Separate terms may apply to frames, profiles, insulated glass, coatings, finishes, panels, hardware, motors, controls, screens, sealants, fasteners, and other components. A component manufacturer's warranty may provide a different duration, remedy, claim process, or exclusion than the operating company's workmanship or project warranty.
Replacement materials may differ in appearance because of weathering, production changes, discontinued finishes, batch variation, or product evolution.
5. Conditions of coverage
Coverage may require full payment, proper storage and handling, installation in accordance with approved documents and manufacturer instructions, reasonable maintenance, prompt notice, protection from construction activity, safe access for inspection, and an opportunity for the responsible entity to investigate and perform an approved remedy.
Unauthorized alteration, destructive testing, repair, replacement, removal, or refusal of reasonable access may affect coverage to the extent stated in the controlling warranty or permitted by law.
6. Common exclusions
Subject to the controlling written warranty and applicable law, exclusions may include normal wear; cosmetic variation within accepted standards; improper cleaning or maintenance; misuse; impact; vandalism; accident; building movement; substrate or structural deficiency; water intrusion from work by others; condensation caused by environmental conditions; incompatible chemicals; aftermarket film; field modification; improper storage; jobsite damage; corrosion from unusual exposure; electrical irregularity; and events beyond reasonable control.
7. Glass and appearance
Glass breakage, scratches, chips, nickel-sulfide inclusion, thermal stress, spontaneous breakage, distortion, anisotropy, reflected-image variation, color variation, temporary construction residue, debris damage, or damage caused by improper cleaning may be excluded or evaluated under specific industry, manufacturer, and project criteria.
Visual review conditions and allowable tolerances are determined by the applicable specifications, standards, manufacturer documentation, and written agreement rather than website photographs.
8. Work by others and field conditions
Unless expressly included, rough openings, substrates, structural support, flashing, waterproofing, perimeter sealants, anchoring by others, electrical supply, access control, finishes, protection, lifting, installation, and other field work are outside the responsible company's warranty. Damage or performance issues caused by excluded work may not be covered.
9. Remedies
Available remedies are limited to those stated in the written warranty and permitted by law. A warrantor may reserve the right to inspect, repair, adjust, refinish, replace, provide replacement material, or refund an allocated amount. Labor, access, lifting, scaffolding, finishes, restoration, expedited shipping, loss of use, and consequential costs may be excluded unless expressly covered.
10. How to submit a claim
Promptly contact the entity identified in the project or warranty documents. Include the project name and address, contract or invoice number, affected opening or item location, product labels or serial information, installation and delivery dates, photographs, video when useful, maintenance history, and a clear description of the condition.
Do not perform destructive work or discard the affected item before the responsible entity has a reasonable opportunity to review it, except when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect life or property. Keep records of emergency measures and related evidence.
11. Inspection and access
The claimant may be required to provide safe and reasonable access, coordinate with building management and trades, protect occupied areas, and permit testing or removal when reasonably necessary. Responsibility for access equipment, permits, opening finishes, restoration, and other costs depends on the written warranty and project agreement.
12. Applicable consumer rights
Nothing on this page is intended to waive or limit a right or implied warranty that cannot lawfully be waived or limited. Consumer-product warranties may be subject to federal and state requirements that differ from commercial project terms. The responsible warrantor's written document should be reviewed before purchase and with qualified legal counsel when necessary.
13. Warranty contact
For help identifying the responsible operating company, contact denys@denlyx.com or +1 (872) 219-6397. Denlyx may route the request but does not thereby accept warranty liability.
